The production of food by-products of frozen cattle and pig meat, poultry meat, fresh or chilled, the frozen cattle meat, compared to the previous year, increased by 34-58% in the meat industry; the production of poultry meat, fresh or chilled, the frozen cattle meat increased by 19-23%; the production of frozen poultry meat and offal of poultry food, fresh or chilled, also decreased. However, the production of frozen pork reduced by 46.1%, the production of food by-products of poultry frozen - by 15.3%, the production of cattle and pigs food by-products, fresh or chilled - by 7.3%.

 

The level of  the production of natural canned vegetables of 2014 (62.7% ) was not reached on the enterprises of processing and preserving of fruit and vegetables; the production of fruit juices and vegetables for 61.7%; the production of jams, jellies fruit, puree and paste of fruit or nut for 9.7%. However, the production of vegetables, fruits, nuts, mushrooms, cooked or canned with added vinegar or acetic acid increased by 2.1%.

 

The production of unrefined sunflower oil and its fractions decreased by 7.8% on the enterprises of producing fats, except for fractions of a modified chemical composition, the production of margarine and similar food fats decreased by 1.4%.

 

 

The production of dry milk and cream has increased by almost a quarter in the dairy industry; the production of fat cheese increased by 18.1%; and the production of products, which contain milk increased by 2.2%. At the same time, the production of spreads and blends of fat decreased by 31.8% the production of liquid milk and processed butter decreased by 9.0% and 8.5%, respectively.

 

The level of the production of the noodle products of 2014 (41.7%) was exceeded, the production of sweet biscuits and waffles for 8.8%, the production of sugar confectionery products, not containing cocoa for 3.8%. However,  the production of butter products decreased by 29.7%, the production of sugar - by 26.8%, crunchy loaves, biscuits and similar toasted products - by 19.0%, cereals - by 9,1%, bread and bakery products and flour - by 3.0% and 0.4%, respectively.

 

 

The production of vodka with the alcohol content less than 45.4%, increased in 1.9 times on the enterprises, producing beverages; the production of carbonated water increased more than a third.  However, the production of water, including mineral and aerated with sugar and sweetening agents or flavoring, decreased by 27.4%, the production of liqueurs and other alcoholic beverages decreased by 2.1%.
